Crystal Clusters - Citrus Sunrise

Sweet strawberry and zesty orange flavours come together in colourful crystal clusters. Each delicate slice offers a fruity burst and a light, crisp crunch.

Vivid Candy crystal candy is kohakutou, the Japanese method of setting fruit syrup in agar and drying it slowly until a crisp sugar shell forms over a soft jelly centre.  Every piece is handmade in small batches in Brisbane.  Plant based and gluten free.
