Refund policy
You may request a full refund should you receive an incorrect or defective item. Items must be returned unopened within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Please note: no refunds given for melted products - please see our shipping policy.
Click & Collect orders cannot have items swapped for fresher stock if the order is not collected in a timely manner.
