Crystal Clusters - Citrus Spark

Zesty lime and sweet orange flavours combine in delicate crystal slices, delivering a bright citrus burst with a crisp, satisfying snap.

Vivid Candy crystal candy is kohakutou, the Japanese method of setting fruit syrup in agar and drying it slowly until a crisp sugar shell forms over a soft jelly centre.  Every piece is handmade in small batches in Brisbane.  Plant based and gluten free.
