Crystal Candy - Orange Mango

Bright orange flavour leads into a mellow mango finish. A delicate crystal shell cracks open to reveal a soft jelly centre with tropical sweetness.

Vivid Candy crystal candy is kohakutou, the Japanese method of setting fruit syrup in agar and drying it slowly until a crisp sugar shell forms over a soft jelly centre.  Every piece is handmade in small batches in Brisbane.  Plant based and gluten free.
